- Account info: name, email, company, billing details when you sign up.
- Usage data: how you use PrimeChat — features, conversations, performance — to improve the product.
- Customer chat data: messages your contacts send through your PrimeChat workspace. You own this data; we process it on your behalf.
- Cookies: for authentication, analytics, and remembering your preferences.
2. How we use it
To provide the service, send transactional emails, improve PrimeChat, and comply with the law. We don't sell your data. We don't train AI models on your customer chat data.
3. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors necessary to operate the service (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, LLM providers when you use them). Full sub-processor list available on request.
4. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data anytime from your account settings — or by emailing privacy@primechat.ai. EU residents have rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and run regular audits.
